Then he added with another wink, "That woman is half his age and twice his height."

At the seashore, a one-eyed fisherman tells Will his version.

"I heard it's Singapore, and the information is solid." He nodded and grinned, showing his empty gums.

"Jack Sparrow will make an appearance in Singapore."

Will sighed.

There are countless theories about the whereabouts of Jack Sparrow, and he now only has one last chance to find out the truth.

Ironically, he's seeking the truth in a place where it's hard to come by - and that's Tortuga!

Everyone knows that Tortuga is the most frequented place of Captain Jack Sparrow, and it is also the dirtiest port in the entire Caribbean.

That's where drunken pirates go to find new thrills and exciting adventures.

As the stench of Tortuga hit his nostrils, Will remembered that it was Jack's favorite place.

As soon as Will gets there, he sees the same woman Jack and Jack saw the last time they were in Tortuga, the redheaded woman in the red dress.

If he remembered correctly, the woman's name was Scarlett.

He figured he should ask her if she'd seen Jack lately.

"I haven't seen him for a month," snapped Scarlett. "When I find him, bring him a message."

She punches Will in the face and walks away.

Will rubbed his cheeks and walked forward when he noticed a shrimper sitting on the deck of a small boat.

"Not sure if it's Jack Sparrow," the lobsterman told Will as he drew in his net, "but there's an island at the southern end of the channel."

"Where I trade my spices for a long string of savory pork. No, I don't know if it's Jack, but you'll see a ship there, a ship with black sails."

Will spends a few bucks and convinces the lobsterman to row him to the island.

When they were approaching their destination, Will saw the Black Pearl parked crookedly on the beach with his own eyes!

His spirits were lifted!

"My brother will row you ashore," the lobsterman told Will.

As Will climbed into his skiff, the lobsterman nodded to a taller, round-faced man.

But about half way from the shore, the guy told Will, "Not going."

Then start to turn the bow.

Will asked, "What's going on? The beach is right there!"

But the man just rowed faster toward the shrimp boat.

Will had no choice. He shook his head, jumped into the water, and swam towards the shore.

Will, drenched all over, walked onto the beach and headed towards the Black Pearl.

The big ship was at a standstill, wedged in the sand, and no sound could be heard from the decks.

Will went a little further and found a smoldering fire.He touched the charcoal with his hand, and there was still residual heat.

Jack must have been here, and not far!

"Jack!" Will yelled. "Jack Sparrow! Barbossa! Anyone..."

Chapter 247 Trap! The ship is haunted!

Will drew his sword and started chopping brambles and walking into the jungle.

He cut off the large leaves of the medical palm and found a small red bottle on the jungle floor.

He stooped to pick up the bottle, only to find a trip rope tied to it.

Will laughed, thinking it was a trap set by the pirates.

He followed the clues to a big tree, and suddenly a pair of eyes appeared on the trunk, and at the same time a well-camouflaged arm stretched out and yanked the trip rope violently.

In the blink of an eye, Will's feet were pulled up, and he hung upside down in midair.

Just as his legs were tied, he suddenly saw a group of warriors from the island.

They have bite marks all over their faces and bodies, and they wear what look like human bones!

No wonder the lobsterman looked so frightened.

The warriors charged at him with their spears, and Will kicked the tree away, knocking several of them to the ground.

"Come on!" Will yelled, trying to irritate a eager warrior, "I'm right here!"

The samurai raised a blowgun and shot a dart into Will's neck.

Will was limp, and the warriors cut the rope and let him down.

......

Meanwhile, in that dank cell in Port Royal, all Elizabeth can do is wait.

Moonlight poured in from the cell's small windows and cast light on the prison walls.

She was exhausted, but just as she closed her eyes, she heard the keys jingle.

"Come on!" she heard a voice that sounded like her father calling.

Governor Swan stepped up from the shadows.

"What's the matter?" Elizabeth asked.

The guard opened the door and Elizabeth hurried out of the cell. Governor Swann nodded to the guard.

"I've arranged for you to go back to England," said Governor Swann as he and his daughter hurried down a torch-lit passage. "The captain is an old friend."

The governor led Elizabeth to a waiting carriage, but Elizabeth refused to get in the carriage, she had to wait for Will.

"We cannot count on Will's help." The Governor said desperately, drawing a pistol. "Becket offered only one amnesty. Only one. This amnesty was promised to Sparrow."
